Tracy Hankin is a Senior Executive and General Manager with track record of delivering superior results in business growth, revenue, commercial strategy, customer relationship management, strategic planning and business development. Tracy has developed national, high performing, committed, cross functional teams across media, data, technology, sports, consumer products, and health care industry sectors. She leads by example and she is collaborative while focusing on business outcomes. Tracy is currently CEO of Inside Injuries, Inc. Inside Injuries is a data analytics, media and content company that combines orthopedic sports medicine with data science to assess an athlete’s injury risk and predict the impact of injuries on player performance. In this position, Tracy formulates the business growth strategy and manages financial and daily operations. Areas of focus include, data algorithm development, technology roadmap planning, consumer acquisition and business development. Prior to Inside Injuries, Tracy was SVP, Consumer Markets with WebMD. In this position, Tracy led a national team focused on strategic partnership development, partnership strategy, data driven targeting, marketing campaign creation and sales. Her responsibilities included identifying, growing and managing some of the company’s largest strategic partnerships including J&J, Reckitt Benckiser, Procter & Gamble, Walgreens, Pfizer, Merck, and Novartis. Over her tenure, Tracy helped to grow WebMD’s Consumer Markets revenue from $0 to $90 million. Prior to WebMD, Tracy worked for over six years as a consultant and manager for The Boston Consulting Group. She conducted client engagements focused on growth strategy formulation, merger planning and integration and marketing communications strategy and execution. Before working at The Boston Consulting Group, Tracy was a consultant with the healthcare consulting firm, APM, and a financial analyst for the investment banking division of the Bank of New York. Tracy earned her bachelor of arts in economics from Colby College and her MBA from The Wharton School.
