As an early Silicon Valley tech pioneer and longtime Nevada resident, Michael Jabara has founded six start-up companies and attracted the talented people that made them happen.
His latest company, oneLIVE inc, targets a vexing industry problem: how can land-based casinos reach the vast and growing wave of 'connected consumers' and convert them into valuable, lifetime patrons? This group that spans the generations embraces a tech-centric lifestyle, prefers spending their time and money when visiting the casino in restaurants, by the pool and socializing in clubs – not on the gaming floor – and they’re constantly glued to their mobile devices. Clearly, your gaming floor is facing serious competition with the digital revolution.
The oneLIVE solution: in a mobile world, why should games be bolted to the floor? easyPLAY® Mobile Tournaments provides the excitement of real money slot and table tournaments to hundreds of patrons across multiple properties. easyPLAY® Live Dealer extends the "live action" from attractive and personable dealers on the floor to smartphones and tablets everywhere - throughout the property, ship, or beyond to the online world, as permitted. Both platforms let the games and cash action go wherever your player goes.
Prior to this endeavor, Michael has a eclectic background as a serial entrepreneur: prior success in early telecommunications, the gaming and hospitality industry, high-end real estate development and as investment banker. He holds an M.B.A. from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University, a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas Business School at the University of California at Berkeley, investment banking registrations with FINRA and real estate licenses from the State of Nevada. He resides with his fiancée Mary Ann Foreman in Las Vegas, Nevada
