Cancellation/Substitution Policy

Cancellations after May 31, 2007 are non-refundable; however, conference materials will be sent after the program's conclusion.  Any cancellations must be in writing; a US $ 150 administrative fee will be deducted from the registration amount previously paid. 

Substitions are welcome for paid registrants at no additional charge; advance notice is required by May 31st.
