Information for Confirmed Exhibitors
If you are already confirmed as an exhibitor or sponsor, you should have received an email from one of our Official Vendors in order to secure furniture and services for your stand. We strongly suggest working with our Official Vendors because:
- They have experience with this event and the highly technical needs of exhibitors.
- They will be on-site to handle any situation that might arise and to fulfill any last-minute needs.
- Their long association with GIGSE affords competitive rates on services.
An exhibitor services manual is online and upon confirmation of your exhibit space, you will be emailed the link to access all of the necessary forms and instructions.
