You may register onsite after 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 16 at the Palais.
Please find the Registration Kiosks at Level 200 De Bleury section.

Full Summit & Expo Fee includes:

• Welcome Reception:            Tuesday evening
• Conference Sessions:          Tuesday (half) ~ Wednesday ~ Thursday
• Entry to Expo Hall:              Wednesday and Thursday afternoons
• Lunch Buffets:                     Wednesday and Thursday
• Conference Materials

Expo Hall Only Fee includes:

Cancellation/Substitution Policy:
Cancellations after April 30, 2006 are non-refundable due to guarantees given; however conference materials will be sent after the program's conclusion.  Any cancellations must be in writing; a US $ 100 processing fee will be deducted from the registration fees previously remitted.  Substitutions are welcome for paid registrants at no additional charge; advance notice is required by May 10.
