Advance registration is now closed.
Please register onsite at the Palais des Congres in Montreal. Registration kiosks will be available for delegates on Monday, June 13 after 10:00 a.m.
Full Summit & Expo Fee includes:
- Welcome reception: Monday evening
- Conference sessions: Monday (half) ~ Tuesday ~ Wednesday
- Entry to Expo Hall: Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons
- Lunch Buffet: Tuesday and Wednesday
- Conference Materials
Expo Hall Only Fee includes:
- Welcome reception: Monday evening
- Entry to Expo Hall: Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons
- Lunch Buffet: Tuesday and Wednesday
Cancellation/Substitution Policy: Cancellations after June 1, 2005 are non-refundable; however, conference materials will be sent after the program's conclusion. Any cancellations must be in writing; a US $100 processing fee will be deducted from the registration amount previously remitted. Substitutions are welcome for paid registrants at no additional charge; advance notice is required by June 10.
